Celebrating our 10 Year Anniversary

Last week, after the first day of the Smart Energy Conference, we took the opportunity to celebrate our 10 Year Anniversary at the Australian National Maritime Museum. The evening was a great success, and we were thrilled to see so many familiar faces in attendance, including current and past staff members, and of course, our clients and partners.

The event was a perfect mix of relaxation, networking, and celebration. We could strengthen our connections while reminiscing on the past 10 years. It was truly an evening of gratitude and appreciation for everyone who has contributed to our success.

Adam Bertino, our Commercial General Manager, took the stage to express his gratitude for our clients' loyalty and trust over the last decade. "We wouldn't be here without our clients," he said. "They are a vital part of our success and we are grateful for their partnership." He went on to praise the NCBA team for their dedication and hard work, stating that "Our team has put in tremendous effort to get the job done, and I couldn't be prouder of them."

Carol Castro, our Operations General Manager, stated in her speech, "I'm grateful to be part of this amazing company, not just for the career opportunities but also for becoming a resident of this country. As a non-Australian, I'm proud to lead a team of talented and passionate individuals committed to making a positive impact on the environment. We're proud of our 10-year achievement and thank our clients for their loyalty. It's our pleasure to have serviced you and we look forward to many more years to come."

We want to thank everyone who has been a part of NCBA’s journey. It was an honor to share this milestone with you all. We are proud of what we have accomplished so far and we are excited about what the future holds. With new business opportunities in hot water and air conditioning in NSW, the future of NCBA is looking brighter than ever. Here’s to the next decade!
