The Opportunity
The Customer Service/Site Officer (CS/SO) is responsible for managing site visits and for ensuring inspections and all compliance requirements are met. The role also requires training to be completed both onsite with customers and internally with compliance team members.
Finally, the CS/SO will also help to develop new and existing client relationships through providing activity guidance, training and assignment/activity management of clients participating in current and newly developed GET activities in NSW.
CS/SO responsibilities:
Liaising with clients to document collection requirements for site visits of commercial lighting upgrades
Conducting site visits in order to perform physical light counts and verification of lights and lighting levels
Building strong relationships with key customers and being their main contact point here at NCBA
Document and record all site audit results and provide feedback to both customers and NCBA staff to help in training process
Drafting, checking and auditing 'lighting plans' to ensure they correspond with physical light counts
Generate and complete forms and reports to provide to Compliance Teams to be able to effectively and efficiently verify energy savings activities
Managing and completing general administrative duties for our Compliance Teams such as completing forms, generating PDF etc
Update and maintain key registers and schedules.
